At 4.00 am ET Friday, IHS Markit has released PMI survey results for euro area. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The euro was trading at 1.1304 against the greenback, 121.44 against the yen, 1.1120 against the franc and 0.8904 against the pound around 4:03 am ET.
