After the release of German final inflation data and wholesale prices for July at 2.00 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major rivals.
The euro was trading at 1.1191 against the greenback, 117.96 against the yen, 1.0873 against the franc and 0.9274 against the pound around 2:03 am ET.
