After the release of U.K. public sector finance data for July at 4.30 am ET Wednesday, the pound changed little against its major counterparts.
The pound was trading at 129.42 against the yen, 1.1893 against the franc, 0.9138 against the euro and 1.2153 against the greenback around 4:32 am ET.
