After the release of the National Association of Home Builders' homebuilder confidence for September at 10 am ET Tuesday, the greenback was unchanged against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 108.21 against the yen, 0.9952 against the franc, 1.2442 against the pound and 1.1041 against the euro around 10:03 am ET.
