Spain's industrial production grew at the slowest pace in six months in September, figures from the statistical office INE showed on Wednesday.
Industrial production rose a calendar and seasonally adjusted 0.8 percent year-on-year in September, after a 1.4 percent increase in August.
The latest production was the slowest since March, when it fell 2.9 percent.
Energy production grew a seasonally adjusted 3.0 percent annually in September and output of capital goods and consumer goods rose by 2.1 percent and 1.0 percent, respectively.
Meanwhile, intermediate goods output declined by 1.5 percent.
On a monthly basis, industrial production fell 0.8 percent in September, reversing a 0.6 percent rise in the previous month.
