Following the release of German consumer sentiment survey results for December at 2.00 am ET Tuesday, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 119.99 against the yen, 1.0980 against the franc, 0.8542 against the pound and 1.1014 against the greenback around 2:03 am ET.
