Construction Purchasing Managers' survey data from the UK is due on Tuesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.

At 2.00 am ET, the Turkish Statistical Institute is slated to release consumer and producer prices for November. Inflation is forecast to rise sharply to 11 percent from 8.55 percent in October.

At 2.30 am ET, the Federal Statistical Office is set to publish Swiss consumer prices for November. Economists forecast consumer prices to drop 0.1 percent on year, following a 0.3 percent decrease in October.

At 3.00 am ET, Spain unemployment data is due.

At 4.30 am ET, the UK Markit/CIPS construction PMI survey data is due. The construction PMI is expected to rise to 44.5 in November from 44.2 in October.

At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat releases euro area producer prices for October. Prices are forecast to drop 1.9 percent annually after easing 1.2 percent in September.
