At 3.00 am ET Thursday, Swiss KOF leading indicator is due. The index is expected to rise to 97.0 in January from 96.4 in December.
Ahead of the data, the Swiss franc traded mixed against its major rivals. While the franc held steady against the yen, it rose against the rest of major rivals.
As of 2:55 am ET, the Swiss franc was worth 1.0704 against the euro, 1.2636 against the pound, 0.9722 against the greenback and 111.98 against the yen.
