At 3.30 am ET Thursday, IHS Markit is slated to issue Germany's construction Purchasing Managers' survey data for February. Ahead of the data, the euro fell against its major rivals. The euro was worth 1.1130 against the greenback, 119.37 against the yen, 1.0641 against the franc and 0.8630 against the pound as of 3:25 am ET.
