At 4.30 am ET Friday, UK final PMI data is due. The final composite PMI is expected to drop to 36.2 from the flash score of 37.1.
Ahead of the data, the pound traded mixed against its major rivals. While the pound fell against the greenback and the yen, it held steady against the euro and the franc. The pound was worth 1.2337 against the greenback, 133.45 against the yen, 1.2046 against the franc and 0.8755 against the euro as of 4:25 am ET.
