At 2.00 am ET Thursday, the Office for National Statistics has issued UK public sector finance data. The pound changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.2359 against the greenback, 133.21 against the yen, 1.2003 against the franc and 0.8760 against the euro around 2.05 am ET.
