At 8:30 am ET Thursday, U.S. weekly jobless claims for the week ended May 1 have been released. After the data, the greenback changed little against its major counterparts.
The greenback was trading at 1.0781 against the euro, 106.56 against the yen, 0.9766 against the franc and 1.2335 against the pound around 8:32 am ET.
