The Swiss National Bank kept its key interest rate unchanged at -0.75 percent as expected. Following the decision, the franc changed little against its major counterparts.
The franc was trading at 113.84 against the yen, 1.0771 against the euro, 1.1754 against the pound and 0.9244 against the greenback around 3:32 am ET.
