At 5.00 am ET Tuesday, European Commission has released economic sentiment survey data. The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 123.45 against the yen, 1.0787 against the franc, 0.9071 against the pound and 1.1687 against the greenback around 5:05 am ET.
