At 5.00 am ET Friday, Eurostat has published euro area final consumer prices and foreign trade data. The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 123.21 against the yen, 1.1705 against the greenback, 1.0718 against the franc and 0.9051 against the pound around 5:02 am ET.
