The U.S. personal income and spending data for September has been released at 8:30 am ET Friday. Following the data, the greenback changed little against its major rivals. The greenback was trading at 1.2963 against the pound, 104.41 against the yen, 0.9159 against the franc and 1.1678 against the euro around 8:35 am ET.
