At 2.00 am ET Friday, Destatis has released Germany's factory orders data for January. The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 129.51 against the yen, 1.1955 against the greenback, 0.8613 against the pound and 1.1113 against the franc around 2:05 am ET.
