At 4.30 am ET Thursday, IHS Markit has released UK final composite Purchasing Managers' survey data. The pound changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The pound was trading at 1.3904 against the greenback, 151.94 against the yen, 1.2650 against the franc and 0.8662 against the euro around 4:35 am ET.
