The European Central Bank has published the account of the monetary policy meeting of the Governing Council held on April 21-22 at 7.30 am ET Friday. After the release, the euro changed little against its major counterparts.
The euro was trading at 1.2112 against the greenback, 132.47 against the yen, 1.0957 against the franc and 0.8607 against the pound around 7.35 am ET.
