At 5.00 am ET Tuesday, European Commission has released euro area economic confidence survey data. The euro changed little against its major counterparts after the data.
The euro was trading at 131.71 against the yen, 1.0960 against the franc, 0.8603 against the pound and 1.1903 against the greenback around 5:03 am ET.
