Germany's flash composite PMI data has been released at 3.30 am ET Thursday. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data. The euro was trading at 1.1713 against the greenback, 128.80 against the yen, 0.8578 against the pound and 1.0837 against the franc around 3:35 am ET.
