At 2.00 am ET Tuesday, Germany's market research group GfK has released consumer sentiment survey results. The euro changed little against its major rivals after the data.
The euro was trading at 1.1701 against the greenback, 130.13 against the yen, 0.8531 against the pound and 1.0840 against the franc around 2:04 am ET.
