Trade officials of Austria and France are attempting to halt current trade talks and commence a new one between the United States and the European Union.
Austrian Economic Minister Reinhold Mitterlehner and France's Matthias Fekl would propose to renew WTO's trade and investment tie-up with America when they gather in Bratislava.
He added talks should continue after the American elections two months from now.
President Barack Obama and the bloc are determined to seal the trade deal, the Brexit vote in June and the US polls in November have pushed aside this pact.
