Although the RSI(14) indicator is in neutral-bullish, with the EMA forming a Death Cross, it appears that the London peg still has the potential to weaken again in the near future.

2. Resistance 1: 1.3793.

Tactical Scenario

Pressure Risk Zone: If the price breaks down and closes below 1.3775, the Loonie will continue its decline to 1.3756.

Momentum Extension Bias: If the 1.3756 level is successfully broken and closes below it, USD/CAD will continue its decline to 1.3738.

Downside bias is maintained if the price breaks through and closes above 1.3812.
