EURUSD remains in a bearish trend according to the Ichimoku cloud indicator on a daily basis as price is still below the Kumo (cloud). EURUSD is in a process of a counter trend bounce. The break above 1.0285 and above the kijun-sen (yellow line indicator) have pointed to a move higher. Upside potential is capped by the cloud at 1.0430. Support by the tenkan-sen (red line indicator) is at 1.0246 and by the kijun-sen at 1.0160. The Chikou span (blue line indicator) is crossing above the candlestick pattern. This supports bulls. Conclusion. There are some signs of strength but ahead we have a big test at the important cloud resistance. Bulls need to be cautious as we still consider this as a counter trend bounce.
