The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia closely follows the evolution of industrial domestic companies. During the speech in terms of "Innoprom-2015", Denis Manturov, the head of the Ministry of Industrial Trade, said that the state should correspond to world trends of the sphere and should be able to focus on the needs of the future, for example, for 2025. Manturov also proposed the renovation of domestic production, which, according to him, should start with such industries where Russia could compete with the world.
Following to the outcome of the vote, five Russian companies, which demonstrate an excellent result of their work and are aimed at developing and using modern technologies, were selected. So, the first awarded company is Baikal Electronics. It is engaged in the design of integrated circuits and systems on a chip based on the ARM and MIPS architectures. The company's first product is the Baikal-T1 dual core processor. Most suggest that this is the first processor created and developed in Russia, directly for commercial purposes. The product's creation took about 2 billion rubles.
The next company, included in top 5, is VIST Group. The company develops informational systems and implements difficult complex issues in terms of the challenges of mining and metals industry, energy, science and telecommunications.
The Optograd Nanotech company is engaged in development, implementation and improvement of the latest laser-plasma techniques. The Optograd Nanotech's products strengthens durability, crashworthiness of machine parts and various mechanisms.
Tavrida Electric, included in the list of the best companies in the sphere, is focused on advancement of its own innovation — modern vacuum commutative technology, complex distributing mechanisms, automatic emergency response technology, and also devices for distribution network automation.
The T8 company was also awarded a prize. The enterprise produces telecommunication equipment for optical telecommunication networks both in our state, and in the CIS countries.
The exhibition was visited by the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, who is known for his love of modern technology. He said the media that Innoprom was one of the key events of the domestic industry. Let us recall that the international industrial exhibition is held for the sixth time in Yekaterinburg.
