A retirement home in one of the districts of Singapore was considered the best project by experts. This multi-level building consists of a health center, a hospital, a nursing home, a cultural center, parks, and public areas. It became one of the greenest buildings in the world. Thanks to the effective implementation of multi-tiered open areas, more than 125 percent of the area allocated for the building was greened.
The jury of the festival was amazed by how architects managed to create large-scale living gardens in the metropolis which can serve as a model for ensuring universal conditions of longevity.
