If we look at the 4-hour chart of the GBP/AUD cross currency pair, it appears that there is a Divergence between the GBP/AUD price movement and the Stochastic Oscillator indicator, coupled with the appearance of the Bearish 123 pattern and the position of the Stochastic Oscillator indicator which is at the Overbought area level and has started Crossing SELL, then in the near future GBP/AUD has the potential to weaken down where as long as there is no further strengthening that breaks through and closes above the 2.0962 level, then GBP/AUD has the potential to weaken down to the 2.0780 level and if this level is successfully broken and closes below it, then GBP/AUD will continue to weaken back to 2.0733 as its main target and 2.0673 as the next target if the volatility and momentum of the weakening support it.
