The prospects for the euro from the point of view of the foundation are vague.
On the one hand, it is not clear how the market will perceive a new round of uncertainty around Brexit - it would seem that the approach to Britain's exit from the EU without an agreement is unprofitable for both Britain and the EU - but the pound is moving upward.
On the other hand, the ECB is clearly not going to speed up the issue of raising rates - but things are not very good in the USA due to the problem of the shutdown, - the Federal Reserve is clearly going to take a break.
Thus, the clearest perspective is the price movement.
