EURUSD is trading around 1.0635. Trend remains bullish as price is above the cloud. Price recently tried to break below the tenkan-sen (red line indicator) but bulls stepped in and pushed it back above it. Although we have seen several signs of weakness, there is no trend reversal confirmation yet. Support by the tenkan-sen is at 1.0613. A daily close below this level would be a sign of weakness. At 1.0480 we find our next support level and the kijun-sen (yellow line indicator). Cloud support is at 1.01. Technically the RSI has already warned traders with a bearish divergence. We might see a new higher high in price and another divergence lower high by the RSI. This will increase the chances of a reversal.
