Ethereum (ETH/USD) is trading around $1,985, consolidating after breaking below the psychological level of $2,000 and showing signs of exhaustion.

ETH could recover some of its losses in the coming hours, so we will look for buying opportunities if the price consolidates above the psychological level of $2,000 or above the 0/8 Murray line.

If Ethereum rebounds above $2,000, we could buy with targets at $2,068, or it could even reach the upper band of the downtrend channel around $2,072.

A pullback toward the upper band around $2,070 could be considered a signal to sell, with short-term targets around the -1/8 Murray level at $1,875.

The Eagle indicator is showing a negative signal, so we will look for opportunities to sell Ethereum in the event of a technical rebound toward $2,068, with targets at about $1,875.
